The Challenge
Karen Harris has spent more than twenty years inside dental practices. She now consults to practice owners on the parts of running a practice that nobody trains dentists for. Online, none of that showed. Her domain held a “website coming soon” page. Beyond that there was nothing: no social pages, no Google listing, nothing a practice owner could find to check her out.
What We Did
- Built the site around the work Karen most wants: practice risk and compliance across AHPRA, privacy and advertising, ahead of training and general consulting
- Wrote five pages: home, about, services, a questions page with nine straight answers and contact
- Took every service from her own service list, so the site matches what she actually offers
- Listed the practice management systems she knows inside out, because that is often the first thing an owner asks
- Pulled the palette from her existing logo and checked every colour for readability
- Kept her home address off the site entirely, including the structured data Google reads
- Moved the website and her email to new hosting without losing a message, with Search Console, Analytics and Bing set up from launch
The Results
The site went live in September 2026. Karen went from a holding page to a proper professional presence that explains what she does in her own terms. It is already showing in Google for dental practice consulting searches.
