The Challenge
NexusDM is a property development and project management firm on North Terrace in Kent Town. The business had moved on. Its focus had shifted toward residential builds, high-end renovations and land development for first-time and mum-and-dad investors. The old website was still built around where the business used to be.
The director had a clear brief: lead with the property work, make it feel premium and keep it simple to get around. One long homepage with the detail sitting behind it.
What We Did
- Repositioned the whole site around the work NexusDM wants more of, with specialist housing kept as one capability rather than the headline
- Built a thirteen page site covering services, sectors, areas and a proper projects gallery
- Used the firm’s own project photography on every page. Eighteen photos from real builds, no stock imagery anywhere
- Rebuilt the petal logo as a crisp vector mark and set a forest green and lavender brand system around it
- Designed a contact form that asks about budget, project type and stage, so every enquiry arrives with what the team needs to reply properly
- Worked through the director’s marked-up feedback round by round until he signed it off
- Moved the site onto new hosting and handled the launch
The Results
The new site went live on nexusdm.com.au in August 2026. It now reads like the business NexusDM actually is today. Every image is one of its own projects. Investors landing on it see residential and development work first, which is exactly where the director wanted the conversation to start.
