The Challenge
Prospectus Compounding is an independent compounding pharmacy on Churchill Road in Prospect, with its own lab on site. Online, it barely existed. The website was a single image saying it was under construction. It had looked that way since 2023.
That meant no pages for Google to read and nowhere to explain what compounding actually is. Prescribers had nothing to point patients to. Most people have never heard of a compounding pharmacy, so the site had to teach before it could sell.
What We Did
- Built a full website from scratch covering what the pharmacy compounds, the lab, a dedicated page for prescribers and how the process works
- Put the two actions people need right at the top: call the pharmacy or upload a script
- Used real photography of the shopfront, the lab and the team, colour graded so it all sits together
- Rebuilt the About page around the founder and the people who do the work
- Wrote a simple three step path for new patients: get in touch, get connected with a doctor, then the medication is prepared
- Added plain English articles answering the questions people actually search, like what a compounding pharmacy is and how it differs from a regular chemist
- Moved the domain and hosting without interrupting the pharmacy’s email, then set up Search Console and Analytics from launch day
The Results
The site went live in July 2026. The pharmacy went from one image to a website Google can read page by page. Within weeks it was showing up across a wide spread of compounding searches, measured in Search Console rather than guessed.
